ABSTRACT
OBJECTIVE To study the quality grade stand ard of the premature Forsythia suspensa . METHODS A total of 138 batches of premature F. suspensa were collected from the main producing areas of F. suspensa in China. According to 2020 edition of Chinese Pharmacopoeia ，the contents of impurities ，moisture，ethanol-soluble extract ，volatile oil ，forsythin and forsythoside A in the premature F. suspense were determined ，and the qualified samples were screened. AHP-PCA mixed weighting method was used to give comprehensive weight to the indicators （except for the limit of impurity ）. The comprehensive score of the samples was calculated. The suggestions on the quality grade division of premature F. suspensa were put forward according to cluster analysis of K-mean value. RESULTS & CONCLUSIONS The contents of impurities ，moisture，ethanol-soluble extract ，volatile oil ，forsythin and forsythoside A in the premature F. suspense were 0-7.80％，1.60％-8.18％，13.13％-61.60％，0.21％-3.47％，0.02％-2.15％ and 0.79％-14.04％，respectively；average contents of them were 1.24％，4.97％，34.88％，2.01％，0.42％，6.86％，respectively. Totally 47 batches of 138 batches were qualified in all indexes. It is suggested that the quality grade of the premature F. suspense can be divided into three grades ：in first grade of F. suspense ，the contents of volatile oil ，forsythin，forsythoside A ， ethanol-soluble extract and moisture were ≥2.40％，≥0.59％，≥8.34％，≥38.66％ and ≤4.99％，respectively；in second grade of F. suspense ，the contents of above indicators were ≥2.26％，≥0.41％，≥7.47％，≥32.58％ and ≤5.33％，respectively；in third grade of F. suspense ，the contents of above indicators were ≥2.15％，≥0.32％，≥4.60％，≥31.52％ and≤7.23％，respectively.

ABSTRACT
Objective To observe the clinical study of Xiaoaiping tablet combined AP regimen in the treatment of unresectable advance endometrial carcinoma. Methods A total of 268 patients with advance endometrial carcinoma in our hospital were divided into treatment group and control group, 134 cases in each group. The control group was treated by AP regimen and the treatment group was given Xiaoaiping tablet combined AP regimen. The treatment was 3 weeks per course, 4 periods performance, and the 2 year follow-up. After the treatment, the immune index, including IgG, IgA, IgM, CD3+ and CD4+ were detected by a chemical lighting method in the 2 groups. The KPS scores were observed to evaluate the life quality in the 2 groups. During the treatment, the adverse effects of chemotherapy in patients were observated during the treatment. And the survival rates, overall survival and progression-freely-survival were also observed. Results After the treatment, the control rate and efficiency rate were 86.5％ (116/134) and 64.2％(86/134) in treatment group, while the control rate and efficiency rate were 76.9％ (103/134) and 52.2％(70/134) in control group, where there were significantly difference in control rate and efficiency rate (Z values were 3.542 and 3.871, P values were 0.041 and 0.039). After the treatment, the levels of IgG, Ig A, IgM, CD3+ and CD4+ in treatment group were significantly higher than control group (t values were 4.725, 4.930, 4.259, 4.571 and 4.006, P<0.01). After the 1st-4th period of treatment, the KPS scores in treatment group were significantly higher than the control group (t values were 3.124, 3.452, 3.612 and 3.712, P<0.05). After the treatment, the PFS, OS, 1 year survival rate and 2 year survival rate were significantly lower in treatment group than control group (t values were 4.241, 4.421, 3.735 and 3.982, P<0.05). Conclusions The Xiaoaiping tablet combined AP regimen in the treatment of unresectable advance endometrial carcinoma has a good effect, could promote the immune function, decease the adverse effects and prolong the survival time in the patients.
ABSTRACT
Objective To study epidemiological characteristics of thelazjasis, in Zunyi and surrounding areas, morphology and 18S rRNA gene sequence of Thelazia callipaeda. Methods The Thelazia callipaeda was collected from several hospitals, including affiliated Hospital of Zunyi Medical College and Zunyi Aerospace Hospital, in Zunyi region since 2011 to 2015. Clinical data of infected human thelaziasis, including the patients' gender, age, residence and pets such as cats or dogs, were analyzed to find out the factors influencing the incidence. Morphology characteristics of female and male Thelazia callipaeda were observed under microscope. 18S rRNA gene of Zunyi Thelazia callipaeda was amplified by PCR, and the evolutional relationship was analyzed through the software MEGA 7.01 based on neighbour-joining (NJ) method. Homology was campared with 18S rRNA gene from GenBank in National Center of Biotechnology. Results Totally 25 cases had been reported during the study, of which 22 cases had more details. Based on the cases, we found the thelaziasis was increasing year by year. For instance, 2 cases (9.1%) were reported in 2011, 1 case (4.5%) in 2012, 3 cases in 2013 (13.6%), 10 cases (45.5%) in 2014 and 6 cases (27.3%) in 2015 . During the five years , totally 15 cases were treated between August and November, when the human thelaziasis was in typical epidemic peaks. We analyzed characteristics of the total cases reported to date. Most of the cases occurred in rural areas (20 cases). Majority of patients lived in rural region. And most cases were between 30 to 60 years old, indicating no age limit, especially, there were two cases who were at the ages of 8.5 months and 77 years old, respectively. Moreover, more women suffered from the disease than that in men, of which, the case number was 16 in women and 6 in men, and there were 7 cases who had cats or dogs at home. Under light microscope, the edge of Thelazia callipaeda had serrated cuticle with transverse striations. And male worm had a sharp peak at the tail end of Thelazia callipaeda, which cured to the ventrite and had two copulatory spicules, long one and short one, respectively. While female worm had a blunt tail, containing numerous eggs and rounded first-stage larvaes in a single line in the distal area of the uterus, near the vulva. Sequences of Thelazia callipaeda 18S rRNA gene from Zunyi and Oita Japan (AB538282.1) were showed homology of 100%, and they were clustered in a same branch of Phylogenetic tree. Conclusions Human thelaziasis cases in Zunyi region are increasing each year, and most of the cases have occurred in rural areas. 18S rRNA gene has a high homology with sequence AB538282.1 in Thelazia callipaeda. Combining clinical data, analysis of epidemiological characteristics and the characteristics of 18S rRNA should be good for specie identification and epidemiological analysis.
ABSTRACT
Objective To explore job satisfaction degrees and the influencing factors among community nurses. Method General information questionnaire and the revised job satisfaction questionnaire were adopted in the investigation among 124 nurses from 28 community health service centers in Nanchong City between February to October 2016. Results The total score was (119.62 ± 15.37), at the moderate to high level. Of the eight dimensions, relationship with colleagues was scored the highest, and personal growth was the lowest. The influencing factors of the nurse's job satisfaction were found to be employment type, work positions, service duration in the community and whether they have been trained on community nursing position (all P<0.05). Conclusions The job satisfaction degree of community nurses is generally at middle level. Therefore, measures should be taken to improve the job satisfaction for the development of community nursing services.
